Terms + Conditions

By booking a session, class, event, or rental with The Studio on El Paseo, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

* All sessions and rentals must be booked in advance through our online system or directly with studio staff.
* Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
* Prices are subject to change without notice but will be honored at the rate confirmed at time of booking.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

* Private sessions and rentals require **24-hour notice** for cancellation or rescheduling to avoid full charges.
* Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a forfeited session fee.
* Refunds are not available for missed sessions or unused packages. Exceptions may be made at the studio's discretion for emergencies.

3. Studio Etiquette

* Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions.
* Remove shoes before entering practice areas and silence phones during sessions.
* We ask all guests to refrain from wearing strong fragrances.
* Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises without refund.

4. Waiver & Release of Liability

* All clients must sign a waiver before participating in any session or rental.
* Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. The Studio and its instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages sustained during sessions, rentals, or events.

5. Health & Safety

* Do not attend sessions if you are experiencing illness or symptoms of communicable disease.
* We reserve the right to deny service or reschedule sessions for health and safety concerns.

6. Photography & Studio Use

* The Studio may occasionally document sessions or events for marketing purposes. You may opt out by notifying us in writing.
* Studio rentals must align with our values and may not be used for commercial events without prior approval.
