Over the past two decades, Abbey has lived and worked across eight countries, collaborating with luxury hotels, wellness brands, and industry leaders to develop wellness programs and experiences that integrate movement, hospitality, education, and intentional design. Through her global career, she discovered that while every culture approaches wellness differently, our deepest human needs remain the same: connection, restoration, purpose, belonging, and opportunity for growth. Today, that vision has found its first permanent home.

As the steward of The Studio on El Paseo, Abbey is cultivating a space where movement, art, education, mentorship, and intentional gatherings come together to create an environment where curiosity is welcomed, belonging is cultivated, and every experience inspires a deeper connection to oneself and others.

The Studio on El Paseo serves as the flagship destination for Kaia Wellness Collective, founded by Abbey in 2013. Kaia’s collective of experienced practitioners, educators, and wellness leaders designs wellness through spaces, experiences and evidence-based education.

A Southern California native, Jessica has always been drawn to movement, music, and the spiritual path. With over two decades of experience in the holistic arts, her background spans dance, yoga, Ayurveda, and therapeutic bodywork.

In class, Jessica gently guides students back to themselves - encouraging mindful breath, intuitive movement, and a deep honoring of where they are. Her intention is always to create a space that feels grounding, expansive, and aligned.

Jessica currently serves as Studio Manager and teacher at The Studio, where she brings her presence, purpose, and passion for well-being into every experience.
